I think he'll drop Val and play Gagan wanting more size to help the forwards. And Gagan is a personal project of Flanno's.

It would make sense to drop Barba back and put wade into 6 - Wade has the best boot at the club.

It also makes sense to put Bird on the bench and use him on the fringes when the forwards are tired.

It does not make sense to debut him at 6 when he has not played there years.

Against melbourne as well. Its risky. Although we really have nothing to lose, we are gonna get pumped regardless.
