Melbourne are Melbourne, we got spanked, we all knew it was coming. It was our best performance of the season but that is not a compliment even if I saw some mild improvement in attacking shape and alot more energy but the way we opened the game in the first 5 mins was a positive surprise to me and looked like we actually came to play some footy and try get some points. Discipline was terrible though as was our defense in general

If Flanno can't get the team up to beat the Titans at home next week I may well have to make a call on him being the worst Cronulla coach in our history (at least in my lifetime). The bloke is demoralising the Sharks fan base

Yep Flanno isa bloody pathetic joke. We looked like we had never played or trained together, No intensity,No winning game plan outplayed in every dept. Why would you leave Barba in the first line of defence when a big fast International forward kept running at him. He did not change a thing just let it continue

Why do we have to put up with this crap year after year he has no idea and we have no hope while he is anywhere near this club.

I can't believe how retarded it is to stack your forwards and then have no halves with a long or short kicking game. As far as field position battles go, it is full potato.

Yeah agree. Melbourne are so hard to handle once they get a roll on. The differmece between sets that start with a good kick and a couple of dominant early tackles and those that don't was huge.

I'm less worried about defence though tbh. We all know they can tackle and by and large they defend pretty well. I wanted to see some endeavour with the ball.

I have heard he is pretty good with the ball as well.

Just got back.

Our team is so far off the pace that it's a joke -

and I put the lion's share of our problems with the coach

we're so lucky with the score tonight, should have been 60-0

this current crop of try hards is so so old it hurts my brain just thinking about it.
we are 1.5 seconds behind anything our opposition do, which is frightening not to mention, disheartening.

if there's 6.5 mill to spend in the cap we must be spending half of the $ on the P.R spin Machine, because we certainly aren't spending it on budding talent.
every man & his blind dog knows our recruitment & retention is way beyond sub par.

So trying to sugar coat our predicament with' if only we put holmes to fullback, perhaps some new blood from ressies, if only we rejigged our forward pack with gallen playing less minutes etc.etc..
bull dust!
this 'is' the time to cull the bleeding of the intestinal tract.

burn this team & coach to the ground NOW!!

The Storm's sideways speed was blistering. I'm impressed that our boys made any tackles at all.

We're noticeably slower.

So this week Supercoach's excuse was that the boys have scars from ASADA affecting their confidence.

Mmnope pretty sure Fifita missed most of last year and wasn't even involved, and the team as a whole did really well against the Broncos, Roosters, and Cowboys in games severely under-manned. Also, didn't our team make it to the grand final of the nines? Fair's fair, the nine's is a joke but the guys played better than 14 other teams...

...I can't ****ing stand this coach

Best thing about the sharks losing is I always get this game right in my Footy tips, every, single, time.
