This week our boys take on the rabbits at toyota stadium Saturday night @ 7:30pm.
Hopefully we get a good crowd for our last home game and we can get a win to finish the year on a positive note. (Note to refs: no **** calls)

Hope you all get out there and support the boys.

Thoughts on the game?

I will be there also for the last home game.

Here's hoping we can shake off the wooden spoon. I wonder which d*ckhead, blind, cheating, rubbish, mistake-riddled, error-prone, big-headed, full-of-themselves match officials we will get against the bunnies.

Are there any match officials that we actually don't mind playing under? I would think the list is getting smaller and smaller each week.

The boys should have won today but Manly really were woeful.

We need to play better than today to beat Souths. I have faith we can do it!

I hope the judiciary says Dougie deserves a one match suspension, but counts the almost entire game he was sat down as that one match, and he can play next week. That'd be the only way the refs could make up for their absolutely abysmal display today. If they don't do that I honestly hope they get what's coming to them.

A must-win game for us if we are to avoid the spoon, as I can see the chooks giving Freddie a decent send off with a win over the Cowboys.

Hopefully we can play as well as we did against Manly. This time we will have 13 players and perhaps some match officals that actually know the rules and how to apply them fairly.

This Weekend

Well the final game of the season is upon & it just happens that my beloved Bunnies play the other team i admire most in the NRL the Sharks.
Although Souths had a great win against the merged entity St George Illawarra as a life long supporter i have to question their mentality to this season because i would have preferred to have secured a semi spot by beating Penrith & then smash the Dragons by a score that now means bugger all because we wont be competing any further than next week.
The Sharks have had a year from hell but i think your better than that & i have no doubts that next year both Souths & Cronulla will be the most improved teams for 2010.
As for the game this weekend both sides would love to win so may the best team win & may there be no serious injuries to any player from either club.

PS: And no stupid send offs.

AMEN to that. Cheers Coogee. Let's hope both teams entertain us and this horror year finishes on a bright note
(Sharks winning of course ;) ). Can't wait for it.

Dalos, if the Sharkies get the points i wont slit my wrists & i might even consider it karma for the first round when we played worse than you but still got the points.
But yes lets enjoy a good game of footy as a priority.

PS: Love your sig.

For us to win this game we need to tighten our defence and chance our arm in offence a bit more. The game we played against Manly (taking too many penalties and not backing ourselves to get the try) will not work against the Rabbitohs.

Trent Barrett

It was mentioned on Fox that Barrett was jumping out of his skin and wants to play against the Bunnies he says he is ok, what do you think his chances of playing are?

To be honest I haven't heard much of him since he was injured, so I'm not aware of his current condition. But if he wants to play, let him play. It will only boost our chances of a victory.
