Big game this one, souths vulnerable and hopefully we should be getting some troops back. Who knows what sharks team will turn up but it’s a must win if we want to play finals this year.

Souths are probably the most unimpressive second placed team I can remember for a long time.

Not saying we'll win but Souths are there for the taking.

Feel like we can get them in this one. Lot depends on the attitude in D which was significantly improved last week. Limit the chances of Cook and we go a long way to winning this. Like to see our attack straighten up a bit as well
Look forward to seeing how we go

I'll be out there and hoping for a win but players like Gagai, who I cannot stand, usually have spiders on them and we always seem to let him get over the line.

Just looked over their team and Snowy is right, their backs aren't that great - even Roberts ****s up sometimes.

If we play hard we can get them in the forwards as well, as long as Burgess is not back.

Supposed to be back for this game.

Like Snowman said, controlling the middle, which takes Cook out of the game, will go a long way to winning this.

Have you been watching Souths?

Yeah I know we've sucked but they're nothing special.

Nah but I've been watching us...hahahaha. We got beaten by the Bulldogs. I can only assume Souths are better than the scrubs we've been beaten by / were almost beaten by.

Hope they take us lightly and are complacent like they were against the dragons. If we bring our A game we can win

Not getting shredded by Cook will be hugely important. Slow their play the balls (legally) and be awake at marker and A defender.

Tough game to get a read on. Souths haven't been too flash but neither have we. Big home crowd and some confidence from last week might mean we get the win. Sharks 12-10.

Was doing the ladder predictor to see if we can get back into the 8 - reckon we can drop only 2 more games if we are to play finals. This could be one of them and perhaps the panthers or raiders game coming up. Others games look winnable.

One win and every one thinks we have improved that game against cowboys we only won because the cowboys got tired. The only question is south's by how many.

Cook might just be the most dangerous player in the comp to us. We're good for a couple of lazy efforts from Woods/Prior/Williams in the middle.

Yep for sure

Woods and Williams both seem to be fairly fatigue related, with Fifita back and if Gallen can play a few more minutes again that will help them a lot.

Hopefully the full forward pack can stand up to the challenge of the Burgi/Lowe/Murray like they did the Cowboys pack as that will help limit Cooks and Walkers chances.

They’re winning ugly consistently though, something not a lot of teams can do. Whether they’re playing good or rubbish they’re still winning. They’ll probably still be too good for us, just hope we can catch them on a really off day, or they do what we have done in the past and take a team out of form lightly and can get ambushed. Our only hope really.

It was a joke they beat St George, massive forward pass at the end.

Agree with you but I just don't find them impressive.

I know, I know, neither are we.

I think wades influence will be what either seeing us going on a run or missing the 8. He’s the last shred of hope I have for this team. The 30 mins he played vs eels and the 60mins he played against the raiders are probably the best brand of footy we have played all year (bar the storm game)

If he can inject that form for the rest of the year we will feed off that. If he can’t get us going then I’ll put a line through us.

I just know if everyone plays to their potential we would literally be unstoppable but we just have too many rocks and diamond players in the team.

In the big games I can see ya atleast having a crack if we are full strength.
