Tupou - That was a great game by him I thought playing a bit more aggressive I think
Agree with that. He made 2 pretty critical errors, but we can't have it both ways - he was the only one who looked like breaking the line.

I thought Tupou was our best out there, followed by Snowdogs. Great individual efforts, unfortunately nothing happening as a team.

Thought it was a pretty poor effort tbph. Good individual efforts by some players, but as a team we were just woeful.

We lacked direction, good go forward at times and our backs were flat footed. As a whole it wasn't impressive at all. We arguably never looked the better side, and were beaten by a team who were just as woeful. It wasn't anything to be impressed about.

OK - stop right there.

Peach stop bagging the team - not helpful - and very childish...

The team put a far better effort into tonight's game - so what if they made a few (costly) mistakes.

I approve of the way they went about the game tonight - but not being able to play that way all year it's going to take some time to gel...

Now is the time to experiment, especially with a new coach.

Now - think about it - we were far better in attack than we have been (structually) and defended better by a country mile...

You negative supporters need to get real - get over yourselves and support our club like I have since '67.

We have a future Peach, and I'm glad you didn't say that crap in my presence...

Peachey, just because some supporters choose to not be belting down on the team when a loss happens does not mean they have their head in the sand.

Everyone on this forum is disappointed that we were unable to go on with the first half and win the game. Yep, they certainly didn't do themselves any favours with the way they played and yet again let a game go that they could have won.

BUT I don't think it is necessary to put crap on the team and make statements about how they are the worst team in the comp.It isn't productive and is just plain depressing.

I'm not saying that people spouting this stuff about the team are not supporters though, as everyone should express their views on how the team is going and everyone copes with a loss in different ways.I do, however, reserve the right to disagree with it.

I really appreciated the effort from the boys tonight after the crap dished up the last few weeks. Everyone looked to put in 100%. I don't feel too critical of them right now, it's a new coach and the season is gone anyway. There were some good signs in attack and defense at stages.

I am confident we will continue to improve under Flano but agree we do need a quality half back or we wont go far. SFP did some good things but alot of bad things as well. Now I see why some say he isn't up to first grade (those bombs..).

I enjoyed watching the forward battle in this game between the two teams. Snowy and Gal were great on our side against their big men but I think overall we were outmuscled.

In the end I think we would snuck home with this game had it not been for some weak defense on our left hand side wing and some stupid penalties from TT.

Morris, Toops, Poms were threatening all game.
Cordoba played the strongest I have seen him.

Good luck next week sharkies, dont feel too bad.

Telling someone to use the door when they have a different opinion to things is having your head in the sand

Position on the Ladder says otherwise..in 44 minutes we will know, when the Cowboys and the Knights game wraps up

I'm not a happy chappy supporter - get over yourself....

I complain about players' performance's quite often - but I don't ever go to the lengths that you have tonight to bag the team...

Tonight I saw some vast improvements in our play - you are just a jonah predicting doom constantly.

Go follow a cheque-book team - it'll make you feel more warm & fuzzy...

i know i know, i'm just furious as to how some people can see a loss as a positive and when the Cowboys and the Knights [what an exciting game that would be] ends, we could be stone cold last*

I think the boys lifted really well after what would have been a very disrupted week. Hopefully next game we'll see what a full week's preparation with Flanno can do.

Good to see that the players didn't just drop their bundle when they got behind on the scoreboard. We seemed to have a lot more intent and sting in our defence too.

Not the fairytale result that we all wished for but I think there is some good signs in that performance.

Agree with that. He made 2 pretty critical errors, but we can't have it both ways - he was the only one who looked like breaking the line.

We need to have it both ways though. If Toops gets a grip on when to tuck it up and go hard for the tackle and when to pop the ball he'll be back in rep footy with what he's shown in glimpses lately. This isn't all on Toops to improve but, others like Gards need to be there providing the opportunities with good support play.

Actually support is a massive problem of ours. Where was Gordon when Millo made that break? Millo looked around but was forced to put in a kick. Ideally he should of had 2 pacey options; Gordon on the right out wide and Gards in field.
