Round 1 lads just take a breather it's not all doom and gloom...

Don't need to talk doom and gloom just reality. We are the same old **** team with a coach who has no idea or desire on how to instill positive change. We are done

Really, you want to drop Ricky from that performance, I thought he showed enough to suggest he will be good for us.

Would prefer to drop beale but Ricky has already scored half his yearly quoter and it is round 1

Can't see any wholesale changes maybe more game plan and decision making, I back our captain and coach to make the right calls. I mean would Val really score that try? Credit has to go to Wighton that was an awesome tackle

Spot on Sutty, Ricky have talent and ability to occasionally beat a few players on his own but seems to lack a basic fundamental of setting up and passing to his outside man (with the exception of leaving him half an inch of room)

Thought he was all good don't know what the heck u going on about

Just finished watching that debacle on record. We didn't deserve to win, but Feki should never have got 10 and that may have meant a win. Didn't take long for the video refs to **** up. Round 1.

Robbos bombs fell too short for us to contest . Landed around the 10m line , our guys would of had to run before scoring. Only good kicks were from Ennis and even he had some bad ones

Does this mean we shouldn't contest though? I get that on the line would be perfect, but from the distance he was out the chasers wouldn't have made it. Our chasers were right under the ball each time and just went for the tackle. I'd be happier for us to catch it and get tackled short of the line, or try bat it back than to just let them catch it and make the tackle.

Lost 34 -32 due to lock .
Holmes solid . But not sold on him being defensively first grade fullback ready .
Brown DID play in a first grade grand final .Won't hurt us with him starting the year on the wing contrary to what a lot think .

DOH!!!

Won't delete :)
So whilst I'm here .Feki IS a centre . Golden footwork and acceleration wasted on the wing .
DROP Brown , perhaps Lutes . Gagan is a MUST and give Holmes his chance on the wing .
IF Beale doesn't lift his game bring up Bird .

Lost at sea.
we'll be okay.
important new guys coming into our system was always fraught with the unknown.

the broncs will be smarting after a home loss to the rabbits.
so we need to up the intensity 10 fold, especially with a short turn around looming.

lol @ the mad dude that whacked 10k on us just before kick off.:lmao

i doubt that bloke is still breathing. lol

I'd prefer feki on the wing he's more damaging and effective there than he would be at centre for us. Just get our sets started and a great finisher good in the air too. He's our version of vatuvei is to the warriors

Holmes to Fullback, if Gordon wants to keep a first grade spot he earns it on the wing.

He was solid, if he can do it every round, beat some players, throw some passes then he can call himself a true centre
He is a true centre, was good enough to make toa samoa team

hahaha samoa, didnt Taga make that ? LOL

I have always been a ricky fan, that needs to be made clear and have always said he is our most natural backline player

However his strikerate for a centre is terrible, even Pomeroy puts him to shame. Make no mistake, a centre is there to score you try's

People asking for leutele to be dropped should be shot. His combo with feki is sweet. Drop beale and brown for bird and holmes. Arona for lewis.

How can anyone be calling for Beale to be dropped?

The few (and I mean few) times he got the ball he looked elusive and dangerous. Nearly scored a try too if it wasn't for some great defence. The foot on the line was amateurish but then again Brown should have scored in the first place.

Only change I'd make to the backline is Holmes for Brown.

Beale, Leutele and Feki should be there next week. Gordon plays but should be on notice.

That try where we dawdled back to defend the 20m tap was typical Cronulla.

Just a complete lack of attention. No game smarts at all. Basic, basic stuff. It's the kind of thing that a junior coach would drill into players. It sometimes amazes me that these guys got passed the under 11s.

You take this **** so personally mate. I like Ricky and have supported him in the past and really don't mind that much if he stays in the squad. vI'm just stating how it is yet you continue to resort to amateurish insults
