I had a dream once where I won a lot of money, bailed the club out and became owner, hung out with sharketts, and the mascot was my 2IC

Lol, I told my Broncos supporting Husband that if we ever won lotto :hoping, then I wanted to donate what we could to the Sharks...

Buy a platinum membership even though i can only make around 1-3 home games a year

Thats probably one of my biggest ways i show my support to the club

travelled from Qld a few times to watch the boys, spent a fair bit while down, also bought out the stock of my local BP that stocked shark energy drink ha

But as far as i'm concerned as long as you are a member of the club, then you are doing your part!

Last Saturday we had a long time member of the CSSC fly down from Alice Springs with three of his disadvantaged sports "kids" that he mentors in sport in the outback NT to be a part of the crew cheering on the Sharks at Allianz Stadium. One of his previous "kids" recently started in the Sharks Academy.

All on his own tab too.

Props!

Also, he's been doing it for years - solid commitment and one of the truest Sharks I have ever known.

And he'll be flying that crew down for this week's encounter too.

Well done MR!

i hate these e-penis im a bigger sharks fan than you threads...

isnt a membership enough?

I agree Snowman.

We all support the club in different ways.

I've had a leagues club membership since I was 18 even though I don't get to go the club often.

Plus I have more merchandise than one can poke a stick at.

Although I have been to away games at Newcastle and Wollongong in the past.

as groms we would trek through the swamp and sneak through the hole in the fence behind the back of the northern hill to get into shark park.

Well I moved to Cronulla from New Zealand at the start of 2011 and made the decision to start supporting the sharks as opposed to my default team by birth (Warriors)
Having grown up playing rugby along with a year playing it in Scotland it took a while to adjust to watching the game but enjoyed at least seeing live games as the Warriors only ever played in Auckland and I came from Taranaki

I copped a bit of stick from my mates back home for it initially for not only watching the NRL over Super rugby but supporting the sharks as well, but stuck with them thinking that's what people did over here = they went for their local team..

Long story short I gave up a team that made the grand finals that year for a team who finished 13th,so copped it for months haha.....

This year I get the whole Drugs thing ,but it would be too easy to turn my back on the club instead it does the opposite and makes me support even harder..

So what makes all this ridiculous ,for someone able to choose any team in the NRL I chose this one ,but damn glad I did.

So I might not have stories from 15 years ago doing crazy **** or spend thousands of dollars on signed merchandise ,but I do my part with my season membership, defending the club and making sure my future kids will be life long members

Up Up Cronulla !!!!
