Hey guys i am really disappointed with this week's line up, why is phil leuluai in premier league and yet jacob selmes is on the bench? please give me a reasonable answer, because at the moment i have lost hope for this season and the sharks.

I'm a massive Leleluia fan as well Sharks 195.

I'm not sure but in his recent comeback game he did look lacking in match fitness. He was dropped in a few tackles etc.

I agree when he is firing the whole pack is tough to handle.

Ricky has said he is impressed with Leleluia, lets hope he works his way back into 1st grade soon.

im yet to be impressed by loo loo this season. im yet to get over that first dragons game, he was more like loo lol (couldnt help myself). we were dominating them and he kept getting smashed, sure he got up everytime straight away, but id like to see our props harder to sit down. i dunno, most of the games he has been ok, but hes yet to impress me.

now a 90m intercept try would impress me but loo loo

Selmes really needs a tough off season.

I know he is young and he has lost body weight but he needs more bulking and a lot more fitness. Age is on his side but he has not stormed onto the scene like Luke Douglas

Well Dougie is a pretty tough act to follow, he has been close to our best player when it come to consistency both this season and last. His maturity for such a young prop is unbelievable and he would not look at all out of place in a sky blue jumper tonight.

boys....Luke Douglas has not missed a match for the sharks in absolute yonks. By far the best young talent we have had for ages...hope we can hang on to him.

I agree with cap that leuluai needs more match fitness and at the moment is prob lacking some. Im sure that once he regains his match fitness he'll be back in the top 17.

Though Sticky may see potential in Selmes. He may be playing him to give him more top grade playing experience for the future. He's a young bloke, with size.

I haven't been able to see much of my beloved sharks this season, but from what I have, I think Leuluai has been a bit unfortunate with injuries. It's the minor things that can hurt the most. He's pumped up for 1st grade and puts the effort in, and I love watching the guy play, but maybe a game or two in premier league will toughen him up so he won't be benched after 20 minutes with a sore shoulder or something

no i think leuluai at the age of 30, is still playing like he is 25. he needs to be in first grade more often

With our current run of luck and 7 weeks of the season remaining, we might need LooLoo in the halves. I wouldn't be releasing ANYONE at the moment.
