And it paid off'

I hope we keep the same squad for next week.

Except we have to play the defending premiers without our best player due to rep commitments , while we pay his salary.

Really fair comp isn,t it ?

Theyll have toupo guerra and possibly cordner out. Jennings injured. We have less blokes in rep games than other teams.

Agree 100%. Go out and play football again , like last night.

We can at least give them some nervous moments.

Did anyone see Carney's MOM interview on Nine?

He said something like "we played to a structure this week, Gal, Robbo, Myself and (someone else) came up with it through the week" something like that anyway.

It looked like we did actually stand a bit deeper this week. I wonder if some players actually took some control and they did change the "structure". Guess we'll have to see over the next couple of weeks. In the past we have had minor glimpses of better attacking football, only to revert to dross again.

I saw (through drunk eyes) a different approach in attack which had a sniff of possibilities in the first half, but came to fruition in the second half.

Interesting to see what happens next week

Someone had to actually step up and coach the team. Good on the senior players for stepping up.

Now Sharp can go back to doing whatever it is he does for the club week to week and collect his cheque.............i'm assuming its picking his nose or something
