Are you sure you don't have to just click on something to install something?It didn't work for me either last week til I installed something. Sorry I can't remember what it was.
Edit: I just had a look and you can change the player that it uses by going up top where it says 'change player'.You can then choose from Windows Media Player, Quicktime, Flash Player or Real time.
