Struggling to complete my squad. Not too many cheapies like previous seasons who I think will make a big impact.

It’s the year of the mid ranger ..

Past few seasons there has been some massive cheapies kill it. Think Canberra have a couple in Strange/Weekes but nothing like previous seasons.

Probably at least one of those two keeps a jersey once Kris is back, but could very easily be only one of them and suddenly your other one is just taking up space

Plenty of mids at 2rf... All we need is a couple more cheapies at ctw and it will be fine.

A few interesting namings across some of the teams this week, especially where the other potential guy is named on bench or even reserves.
Another TLT before they really matter though (well, actually for most guys, two more TLTs!)

Just a question guys. My son has just registered on SuperCoach and we had this idea of playing in a League against each other. But when I go to create a League for us, it doesn’t seem to have any option for less than 6 teams.

Am I missing something? Can we do this?

You should be able to create an Open League and just have one other person join?
But you won’t get head to head matches each week it’d just be top score.
I suspect this is your best bet.

I’m not sure how you could create a H2H league of two

You could make a league of 6 and fill with others but then you would get H2H matches against them too.
Then because you’re in a league together you could also create a ‘rivalry’ but I think that’s just another way to compare total score and not weekly.

You can start a 6 team league and add 4 experts to make up your league (instead of randoms from the general public). You'll get a few H2H games and can keep tabs on overall points etc (I've done it with my kids a couple of times).

Yep I’d already ditched him - Hopoate being named 1 for this weekend made Chevy appear a long shot.
I’m down to just Weekes currently. Although that could end up being Strange

I have now created an open group league .

This is separate to the normal league and ranks us simply on our total scores.

There is no head to head match ups and numbers are unlimited .

Decided to jump in give Supercoach a go.
Will prerequisite by saying no clue what I'm doing

Have picked Grant and hynes/cleary because my understanding is I should but other picks are just guys I think will have good years for most part

As a beginner, it's not bad to look at the % owned of players. There is usually a reason some have a really high percentage and some very low.

To do well, you need to have some unique players though to beat everyone else, but it may take some time to work out who is good at footy and who scores well at Supercoach, as these are sometimes different. For example someone like Cooper Cronk was never relevant in Supercoach.
