What a game! A win is a win & that is what we needed tonight, do or die. What a game by Katoa! Bryson had a positive return, enough to keep his spot for next week. Moylan had a positive stint at FB but that was a monster hit on him though. I was trying to keep an eye out for Hunt to see what he brang, I saw everyone else but how did he go whenever he came on? Obviously I missed him haha.

Probably because they kept calling him fafita.

I actually thought the intensity and collisions in this match were pretty high quality.

The dogs don't go away and our execution needs a lot of work but we take the win and move on.

Our goal line defence was much better.

We’re very one out a lot of the time.. we don’t make defences do a lot of work. Bulldogs caused havoc on us with little passes in the middle through the ruck. Hope we pick that up

Both teams under pressure, doggies try their guts out. the second half was a great 40 considering our recent track record With ball in hand, couple dodgy tries conceded though. That ref and 6 again wow at least it went both ways so at least we got our fair share.
A win is so important for Our players headspace Training will be enjoyable for the boys this week.

He went pretty solid
Didn't get too many runs in but made 11 from 11 tackles and put a bit of effort into them too

yep, much better defence. but we should ahve put 30 on the dogs. after a 4 day turnaround? but much better response this week

I don't know...watching the sea eagles and then our game, still so many inconsistencies. like seriously it comes down to interpretation (I sound like Chris Andersen here!!!) or maybe Des might be a mate and back me up here.

and yes will help our week Vic, but still a lot of work to do. produce six to eight wins on a trot and then we can be up there

Surprisingly, I thought it was a fairly high quality game. Dogs put in for the 80 n just lack some class, will trouble a lot more teams this year. Our halves had their best games of the year tonight and Katoa will certainly create a headache for Morris when everyone fit. If only we could play him in our attacking 20 n sub him when coming off our own line. Completions great and kicking game our best of year. Seem to get smashed very quickly with the 6 again restart although ref was pretty consistent w both sides. Wadeo becoming a little concerning with little impact in attack n seemed slow to get off tackled player a few times. Think we got bench spot on tonite n hopefully they all remain for next week...all in all we'll take the win n hopefully get the Sea Eagles at the right time with all their injuries

yep, although SJ had a couple of try assists against the cows.
but chad with two...finally, but still a lot to do. he needs to get OFF social media and focus on being a halfback that leads a team consistently week in and week out. period.
