Crichton facing a two game suspension for a shoulder charge on Moylan in the first half. Remember it happening and Moylan blowing up.

No penalty to us

I didn't see that.

The DWZ one, no charge? I thought that was a blatant shoulder charge but the commentators didn't think so. Have they tweaked the shoulder charge rule again? I can't keep up.

It looked to me that he wrapped around him with his other arm, I’ll probably have to see it again to be sure.

He wrapped an arm enough, good hit

The DWZ one was a brilliant crushing tackle, all arms and totally legal.

I know it was against one of our boys but it was bloody good.

Not necessarily a season changing turnaround or anything but **** 11th, one win outside the 8, looks a lot nicer than 15th

I don’t think the arm wrapped at all.

Anyway, I don’t care. I’d rather see **** like that.

I thought wakeham got put on report for the hit on Dugan? He's not on the list of players charged this week. I thought that was pretty unnecessary to do that, he was just about tackled tbh.

Nothing wrong with DWZ's shot on Moylan, that was a great hit to watch & couldn't believe Moylan got up straight away & kept held of the ball! He apologised to Moylan after the game apparently.

Report doesn't mean you'll get charged, just ensures it is looked at and also makes some other allowances like free interchange.

Wasn't worth charging as dangerous contact, penalty sufficient. Thought maybe a shoulder charge though

The review panel may have also accepted 10 mins in the bin as sufficient punishment for his actions.

That would be a weird outcome
He got 10 minutes for repeat infringements by his team, not for the infringement itself.

Typically you get 10 minutes for professional fouls, repeat infringements, or really bad ****.
If dangerous contact is sufficient enough to warrant 10 minutes then I would expect it typically be charged, he hasn't been charged so I assume they didn't think the dangerous contact warranted more than a penalty.
I would have thought dangerous contact deserving of 10 minutes is going to be deserving of a charge.

hope this link works for you; on foxsports.com

nothing in it but technically no arms in the tackle

I remember thinking it was a shoulder charge at the time but not being particularly outraged that it didn't get called back because it was fairly low impact (caught him off balance and he jumped back up).
Watching it back though, we often seem to get pulled up if a ball player goes down even a split second after passing the ball, so definitely should have been a penalty.

It’s the NRL review panel.
There is nothing logical about any of their decisions!

settling dud prediction

So a large bag of twistees instead of a small then?

I am not bought that easily but you are warm - I suppose we all have to make comprises in the new World of Rona

well it would be rude to take the tigers 9th spot

that's generous from DWZ - no need to apologize for that. I applaud the hit and Moylan getting up as well

That and he has to play for the Bulldogs!

our blokes have to play for the Sharks though
