nah we've had enough ugly wins of late. Time to step it up a gear. I want a high completion rate from the boys tonight

I agree. I expect a relatively close match but i hope we make them work for their points. Completion rate is the most important and less cheap penalties. We'd have put 70 on newy easy if we held the ball last week (and could land a goal).

I'd like us to just worry about our game, high completion rate and very few errors, a nice storm like clinical win, nothing fancy just a solid momentum building win minus any injuries.

If Peats and Taylor are both out I'll be disappointed if we don't beat these guys by 30.

While it'll help our winning streak, them out isnt going to help develop our game against good sides leading into finals. I wish they were playing so the boys had some exposure to some skill. It feels we have been lucky lately with quality opposition players out.

Dont think them not being there is going to greatly hinder their defence and allow us more points. It will hurt their attack though. We should keep them to single figures i hope

One thing I would love to take out of tonight's game besides the W is our defence, no more conceding soft tries, one thing I look on with envy is is the Storm, they fight for every contest, we have scope within our team to improve on this big time.

ash taylor as well

If they're both out , I'd really love us to be clinical and put 37 points plus on this mob . That would put us on par with the Storm's for and against .In case we loose a game .
Whilst the Minor premiership mightn't mean much to some , I feel we deserve it with our efforts this year with the acknowledgement and $$$$ a very nice bonus for the Club and fans .

If we have the same F/A as the Storm, they win a game and we lose a game then they will naturally have a better F/A than us.

Correct, but it's also then much easier to take 1st back as opposed to needing a 40 point win. This game (assuming both taylor and peats are out), souths game and the dragons game are our opportunities to reverse the for and against. Other 3 games should keep us honest.

Guess so, doesn't really bother me tbh. A top two finish is pretty much assured so I'm happy with that.

Fifth tackle options will suffer the most. That will lead to more work and more pressure in defence ... which should hopefully mean more Sharkies points.

Even without Taylor and Peats, these guys are going to be hard to beat. They've got some of the same traits that our guys have developed over the past decade. Always in the game, tough, won't hand you the win. These guys have earned the respect and we should give it to them, not to the point that we should fear them, but respect the fact that this team can play brilliant footy. Considering how people (not just on here) were bagging them the first time we played them this year, they've come a long way. I still think we'll win, but we gotta work for it, if we play like we have the past few weeks, we could come crashing down to earth. This is a top notch test for us.

22-20 to us.

Yes a very tough game irrespective of the final outcome , Titans are the type of team that cause player injury .

Not like you to be worried before a game mate.

Overall score of 94-94 for our past 5 matches so probably expect a close one but i hope we put the boot into them, either way can't see us losing this we haven't really been playing anywhere near potential and i think the boys will aim up here hoping we just put in a clinical effort and the result should come.

The Storm have given it to this mob twice and they have struggled against top 8 sides all year.

We should be winning , however sooner or later we will have an off night.

Just want us to be ready for Ricky's visit on Saturday.
