Played a bit in the halves yesterday and Hughes might be out a week or two with a calf injury so we might see more of Hynes in the halves. All the better for his experience for us next year.

Yeah good call, might see Paps start at FB and Hynes in the halves, or maybe Lewis (or Johns or Jacks) start in the halves and Hynes start at fullback. Might use Lewis as he goes into forward rotation when he goes out of halves.

Yeah, they have options, depends on if they think Paps is ready for a full game.

Is playing half back this Thursday with Hughes being rested.

Will be good for his game to get some early games in the halves, be good to check out how he goes too, esp his kicking game.

Hughes does a fair bit of kicking. Munster will take on more duties but Hynes will kick a bit. Certainly more than he's doing now, which isn't hard.
