Mitch really surprised me yesterday. I really thought he was going to be a liability for us but he did well. If Leutele or Feki are still not right against the Chooks, I'd be happy to have him there. But yes, in the centres, not wing or fullback.

I was nervous when I heard ricky/holmes were in doubt few days before game and Mitch was coming in but he was a beast in defense and solid in attack. Was trivially nice to have a big rangy bloke back in the position pomeroy made famous at the Sharks lol

For a bloke not getting picked for NRL on a normal week his attitude and application impressed me, as a depth player being called on as required it was a professional display
Real turn around from previously shaky displays in our colours and hope he can maintain the fire if called upon again

It must hurt not to be playing first grade for your junior club you love and he didn't waste the chance to show what it means to him
