Use the link for the Locker Room and then reset your password using your email - that’s what I did
The club also said they are staging the emails
Funny thing is, I haven't made my choice yet, despite getting the email apparently early...

Yeah the prices vary a bit. Like a hat for $12 and a water bottle for $14 are good value. But the dog bowl/coaster/pencil case are all a bit high.

Finally got the email today , totally underwhelming crap .
It is supplied via Yetimo Marketing which appear to have a range of better quality items that could have been chosen by the club.
Hope you all read the terms & conditions & the privacy statement you signed up to , which as usual are not obvious unless you go searching .
There wasn't that much I haven't already got, but that's to be expected after several years of membership.
My membership is non-ticketed, and is only $70, so maybe my expectations are lower, but past items have been really good - my 2019 cooler bag is awesome, and still used regularly. My 2012 backpack was, and is still good, I just don't have a need for backpacks much these days.
In any case, I ended up getting the drawstring bag + coaster thingy with the built in opener.

They should have an option where you can have you credit used to get kids or those disadvantaged some Sharks kit.
Why would a young dragons supporter want some sharks kit?
I had the same issue, but it turned out I'd missed something on the previous screen (can't remember exactly what, a checkbox maybe).
In any case, it worked fine after that.
