I can’t remember the link to the portal to do my membership packs. Though in same breathe, haven’t seen bugger all emails from club.
might need to touch base on that one 😂 (when over the COVID)

You may need to reset your password. The email from the club has a link that makes this easier to do, so probably best to look for that.

Thats ridiculous
Ive got $215 credit (family membership)
Wish I could take it off my membership or put it towards a shirt or something.
Instead of having to buy crap
Completely agree with this. We are in the same boat. It used to just be a merch voucher and we could buy some decent gear. Now we just get multiple lots of crap. If you're going to do this system, put the whole range of merch in the portal.

If anything the merch voucher encouraged me to spend more at the store. Now I'm less likely to buy anything as the prices are crazy. I might be in the minority though.

And the fact is, the stuff for children is just trash.
So will end up using it on dog collars & wine coolers

You may currently be in the minority but certainly won't be for long as members wake up .

I imagine that $60 credit sums down to about $10 cost for the junk on offer.

Getting zero response from the member team on how to get my credit that disappeared back. And a couple of the items I was actually going to get seem to have disappeared/sold out.

I still like the idea. I used to get a stack of hats and keyrings and pins that were wasted.

I don't pay too much attention to the nominal dollar value. The end result is that I get a comparable amount of member kit to what I used to (probably slightly better), but it's all going to be used. And I found the quality decent enough last year.

But for the number of questions/issues that it is going to cause the member team, you have to question whether it's worthwhile from that perspective, seeing as they still seem to be struggling with seat requests etc.

I also have too many hats & keyrings etc but also don't want to be told I will be given a credit out of my seat membership cost just to get more stuff I don't want .

Members should be able to opt out of the extra stuff & just get the seat at a reduced cost . For any other ticket via Ticketex it can be delivered via SMS so why not a Sharks season seat . If you sign up for a Platinum or Diamond membership you can actually get a credit for a lot more crap , how exciting is that .

They make more money making it store credit than a discount. Overall probably a lot more.

Would be nice... But that $30 drink bottle is $29 margin. Giving away $30 on your seat is $30 they don't get.

OK, I'm confused. I have 2 adult Shark Net memberships.

It says I have 2 choices (1 for each) and $60 credit.

If I select the 2 "entitlements" (card, lanyard & lapel pin) worth $15 each, that's my 2 choices and I can't use any of the supposedly remaining credit...

I tried opting out one of the entitlements, but that used up 1 of the choices...

WTF?

Mate it’s the worst, makes absolutely no sense at all. I’ll have to call the club cannot get my credits to work- keeps wanting to charge me!

Nicho , let us know how you go .
I had given up when they wanted to charge me with a total UNDER the $60 credit ( including shipping ) , when they requested Mastercard details

That’s just part of processing the order.
I’d think 99% of online sales where credit takes total to $0 would still require the card to be put through
