Also pretty dumb they take $15 credit off you for you ‘entitlements’. This included a $10 charge for the plastic membership card that usual makes its way into the bin. I opted out of that and just added the lapel pin as a separate item for $7.

Pricing structure also seems pretty whack. $28 for a half decent looking backpack, $35 for one of those plastic drink bottles that give up after 6 months.

Not to mention charging $8 additional for postage. Assumed this would have been included in member costs as per previous years. Sneaky.

Urgh. Now payment errored out during processing and didn’t go through. Now my $60 credit is gone. Hahaha.

Gotcha. This is how I had assumed it would be working, but when I first logged in I had $0.00 credit. Checked again just now and it’s updated to $60.

Good idea, poorly executed.
Are they charging postage too?

See above. Yeah $8 postage which is paid after you have allocated your credit, so forced to pay it out of pocket.
Thats ridiculous
Ive got $215 credit (family membership)
Wish I could take it off my membership or put it towards a shirt or something.
Instead of having to buy crap

Yeah, I'm a bit suss about the quality. It could be fine, but I still have regret about the money spent on the rubbish that was in the Sharks Easter Show showbag. Instant landfill most of it.

Bertie Beetle mate. Always a winner. The tin that came with it this year was excellent too.

I didn't have high hopes but it's still a crap reflection on the Sharks brand. Maybe the cap you can get through the member pack is good... I'll never know though because I won't be taking the chance.

More importantly, did you get one of those curly potato things on a stick?

I went in: had $60 credit. Added a few things and went to check out, credit not applied and it wanted me to pay $65 on credit card. Very confusing, why can’t the club ever get anything like this right? Also no scarf?? It’s the only thing I want. Bring back the members scarf!

I can’t remember the link to the portal to do my membership packs. Though in same breathe, haven’t seen bugger all emails from club.
might need to touch base on that one 😂 (when over the COVID)
