Admittedly we might have a few in this category but the top 4 teams or so have nothing to fear from Moyza any more - he will produce some good games against the rest but that is about it ..

What was there to fear in the first place?

Whatever it was that Flanno saw to pay massive $ ..
This is on Fitz for re signing him for 2 more years after his contract was up

Could see from last year his value is limited, we should have been using Tricky from the start this year like we did and stuck with it for a bit at least. By now he would’ve got a lot Of consistent first grade footy into him and we would’ve been able to tell if tricky would’ve been a success or not to invest in again long term

Instead he chose to spend even more money on a senior he already knows all about that’s only going to go downhill, we will be back at square one before we know it with another season wasted

I do share your views on Moylan but if Fitz does bite the bullet and drops him for Tricky, you need to judge him just like you are doing for Moylan.

In other words, if Tricky plays **** in the 6, then you need to admit that.

Hundred percent, but we gotta also be fair that he's still a kid and he's going to have those amateur moments.

Whereas Moylan has no excuses.

Yes mate. Not gonna crucify the kid if he has a poor first game. But if he has three or four bad ones in a row then that can’t be ignored. But I like Trindall, I’m not going to wish him ill.

I only want Moylan dropped not because I love tricky but because I can see with Moylan we will always struggle and the style of Hynes and Moylan will never win us a comp. the finals last year was the last straw imo for me

If tricky plays bad that’s on him but I will want him to win because he’s got a skill set that can help us and Hynes to be better and he can improve as a player heaps where as Moylan is well and truly at his limit

If Tracey was the only one waiting in the wings I would be hesitant to drop Moylan but with tricky I wouldn’t be I reckon he’s got enough tools/ potential to actually make us better

He would be judged like a 23 year old half back. There will be mistakes.

Also, he would need to be 7, he isn’t a 6 at all.
