i thought initally all clubs were working towards a 5 million cap and now looks like being 5.8 million so that would explain were the money is coming from this year, plus penrith will be paying part of his contract for next year. we then have toops coming off contract at the end of the year so his money would help pay jennings and the cap is going up again next year.

i think we will be a fair chance of signing jennings provided we can offer around the same money as the roosters, as the panthers have to agree to release him and naturally they want to pay as little of his contract as possible. we will have a more competive team than the roosters and he is already good mates with lewis,gordan,graham and gallen.
lets hope we can sign him, want a team we would have.
