He's an exciting player, I'd rather watch him than not, even if it is for a rival team.

Lucky for him he's got a player option for 2021.

Apparently it was Deardon that tackled him, obviously wan't the #14 jersey and saw a chance.

Agree, was looking forward to watching him on Friday night.

Sure was.

Don't know why people begrudge players leaving for more coin. It's a brutal sport so good luck to them for earning every cent they can.

Add to that he has arthritis.

I'll always love Birdy.

I was dirty when he left mainly cos he had a bit of atitude about it but now with his run of injuries, it seems we got peak bird. If his knee is as bad as can be, hes done

I think he would have left even if the coin we offered was the same. I reckon people begrudged his 'too good for the Sharks' vibe.

1000%

Especially when you can tell it’s a hard move for them to do. He was just as instrumental as Barba and Ennis

Yep, that's the issue. In my eyes though he has suffered enough for his sins.

I was interested to see that glorious mullet he has nurtured flapping in the breeze out at fullback.

I do enjoy seeing someone other than us wasting their money though. And the chances of Dary B returning to fullback just went up a tiny bit...

Meh, it bothered me at the time but I got over that a while ago. Same as when Fergo left us.

More forgiving of Fergo than I was originally, but indecent assault and spitting on people and a few other things have stacked up against him too

Broncos have released a statement confirming ACL

Also
@nrlphysio

Confirmation from the Broncos of an ACL rupture for Jack Bird. Is to the same knee he underwent an ACL reconstruction last year. Re-rupture rates can be up to 10% in these cases. Will likely undergo surgery, considering injury is a re-rupture recovery usually 8 months +

In hindsight, we dodged a bullet with Jack, but stepped right in front of another bullet in singing dugan. I feel like dugan might be ahead in games played > the last 2 years tho, so we win

We are way ahead with Dugan over Bird. Way, way ahead.
