Absolutely loved it when they played "The Bird Is The Word" when Bird scored. Everyone in The Cage went nuts! This is the sort of thing that really gives the game atmosphere, well done.

Would be good to have a few more such tracks for other players. I reckon "Louie Louie" for Luke Lewis would be a winner!

They have been playing "Jumpin' Jack Flash" for Michael Gordon but I reckon the old Queen "Flash Gordon" theme they used to play at Penrith is better.

Maybe Guns n' Roses "Night Train" for Gallen (the G Train)? Bit of a stretch but it's a good song!

Anyone got any other ideas?

Some cheesy porn funk for Valentine Holmes?

Bird is the word when he scored was legit. Probably the best piece of music we have used for a player.

Yep that was perfect. I was singing and dancing to it sober. Imagine 15k people going nuts to it on a Sunday arvo

Anytime Gal tries to make an offload they should play Thomas the Tank Engine theme

I thought the ground announcer was far better last night. Winning probably helps my perception a little but he didn't seem to be as intrusive. I'd be happy for him to keep doing it like that.

Also, last night I bought my dinner from "Wrap It" inside the ground. I've been near it whenever I've done SharkCrew and it was easily the best food I've eaten at the footy. It was pricey but I definitely think it was worth it. I don't know if the club chooses who stays inside the ground but maybe you could pass it onto the club, Matty C?

Why does the club open the bistro at 4.30 when the gates and first game starts at 5.00/5,15.

By the time you order get you meal sit down and eat it at a reasonable pace you'll miss some of the game.

I saw many people walk up and get turned away,

I asked if they can do some hot chips for the kids, "No where closed, you'll have to get a sandwich form the cafe".

We would of spent $50 - $60.00 their, I guess the caterers enjoyed it more.... :-(

Try and support the club they say.

Personal favourite of mine (for obvious reasons) was when they played Bon Jovi - Livin' on a Prayer every time Simmons scored.

we had the similar issue round 1 mate, but they closed the locker room food section at 4:30 for a 6pm kick off

but don't worry, matty c will be here to tell us, "leave it with me, we will look into it"

whilst im in this thread...

when is started streaming down with rain we took harper under the peter burns stand.

the TV's were out, but the trusty security guard told us it was played in the adjourning bar

when we went there (the summer time bar) it was the rooster broncos game

seemed odd

anyways, harper shat herself and my partner was changing her on the floor, and the security guard asked her to take her to the parents room. we asked where they were and he gave a blank look and walked off

so, where are the parents rooms?

Probably the same guard who couldn't answer the question of why the gate wasn't opened all the way up so we could exit the place easier

Matty C - Can i ask what the ACTUAL responses were for my questions about the toilets and parents room!!

Pretty sure i just went to my last game of the season friday night because i am sick to death of being told off for having a pram that i can access seats with... Having no where to change a baby without being told off for!!

Like honestly i may be complaining about the same thing but FMD how hard is it to put a portable change table etc somewhere in the toilets they have.

Belz... I'm pushing for a parent's room under the Monty Porter where the creche is now being held. Watch this space - it takes time. As far as prams go... it's a badly "designed" stadium that has kind of fallen together. Hopefully some of the stadium upgrades will deal with that.
