You need to see the film The Damned United which has just come out in the UK - all about Leeds in the early 70s. Its very good.

I've got it, mate. haha.

Tbh, I think it said more about Brian Clough's ego than about Leeds tbh.

I know this is the footy section but I think considering how successful Clough was at Forest after he left Leeds, had his assistant Peter Taylor gone up to Leeds with him, he would've been successful with us.

I've got a soft spot for the Reds I will admit.

My brother is a Liverpool fan so I've got a soft spot for them.

West Brom are the team to follow in the Premier League this year lads. They are the yo-yo's of English Soccer going up and down from Prem to Championship more times than I can remember over the past 10 years.

But hopefully this year, they will stay up!

Yeah, I don't get his signing. I'd have rather kept Joe Cole than signed Yossi. Must have been the wages.

Hahaha! Most likely both our clubs will miss out and he will go to the star studded Barca.

There was a very interesting doco type thing on one hd last night/morning. Followed Eric Cantona (yes god himself) around Manchester reliving the history of both Manchester clubs. More importantly the great derby matches. Was great to watch, except for the whinging City fans when talking about this years 2 derbys :D

Would definitely welcome Gerrard in Madrid. :D

I read this last night and thought that would be bloody awesome.

LOL, I watched that same doco last night as well. Very interesting, considering I don't care for either club. Had to giggle at the whinging City fans though.

Slightly off topic, does anyone here follow any other league apart from the EPL? Being part Spanish, I follow their leagues much more closely and am a huge fan of Los Blancos.
But for the record, I follow Liverpool in the EPL.

United are going after Wes Sneijder, reportedly a 29M transfer bid on the table. This makes something in my pants move as a United and Dutch fan.
