Hmmm I wonder if we will see more legal action and it would surprise me if we don't.

These guys broke the clubs constitutional laws thus should have never made it to the ballot.

Drag Queen territory.
Well, I'm still mad that we've got a load of guys connected to Rothfield and the old mob now running the show again, but hell with it they're what we've got so we gotta hope for the best.

If all else fails, well, I guess the Perth Sharks doesn't have the worst ring to it.

I thought Keogh couldn't be chairman?

Is he the 'new leader' in an unofficial capacity?

If the Unity guys vote in a bloc (which they probably will) then yes Keogh will be effectivly the one calling the shots.

Well it seems I haven't voted with the popular kids as not a single nominee I voted for seems to have made the grade.

However, I'm over it. Not going to whinge about the result. Not going to rehash the arguments of the past month. Perhaps after 47 years of Sharkaphrenia has finally numbed me, or perhaps mellowed me.

74 posters have had a say here. Another 42 had a say in one of the other large Sharks forums. Allow for the crossover posters means around 100 people on forums cared enough to get into an online brouhaha over this election. That's a piss in the ocean really when the larger supporter base is considered but it is a sampling of how high feelings have run.

The key words are "cared enough". Bet we all still do. I was against the outgoing board and they shoved some humble pie down my throat. I didn't vote Unity this time but when it's all said and done it hasn't changed the colours of MY team. The same players will be turning out pro tem for MY team. I'll still try and maintain the renewed enthusiam I had late last year when I decided to buy a season ticket or 2 after years in the wilderness because I want to go and watch MY team.

When the heat goes out of this we can all use old mate Mr Hindsight to spruik if our feelings were on the money or not but for now this little black duck chooses to live and let live for a period. A cooling off period.

I just want MY team back.

I concur.

I want the ASADA **** over, I want any real cheats kicked out, I want everyone else treated with due respect and I want to feel good about going to the footy again.

Too much to ask?

I want a million bucks, a fridge with a padlock and... oh yes... huge pectoral muscles.
