Been around the English lower league scene for a while old Damo. I think he was running Notts County for a bit too.

First four leagues are fully professional (English Football League: Premier League, Championship, League 1 & League 2) The leagues below them, the conference leagues (or non-league football as it’s known) have some professional and some semi professional teams. I think Ebbsfleet Town are one of the more noisy, ambitious non league teams, so it probably is an exciting project for him. Good luck to him.
