Based on info we have Tracey would be available if you’re interested over Metcalf?
Ah, had it in my head he will miss this game. If he's fit the 14 would be a good way to ease him back in (if he has an easing mode)

Who knows, I haven't seen good info, just nrl has him and Ikuvalu both listed available round 6

From me seeing them last night, it did look like they were ready. Gives us another selection headache. I don't think there is a spot for them in the 17 at the moment.

You would have to say McInnes has 14 locked so it's either leave Talakai in centres or Tracey misses out.

You would think simply .just give players an extra week at the moment and then we will likely have a player need a break due to an injury or suspension. Now is the time to think about season longevity and being smart about who needs to have a break

Especially with a 5 day turn around into the Manly game ..

Good article. I hope our board secures him for the long-term as I believe he has the potential to be a legend.

Yeah you'd think they'll be all over that.

Some Roosters fans seem to think he'll take over from Robbo when he retires, and I can see the attraction for him to maybe coach there but Robbo is there for a while and feel he'll want to start his own legacy at the Sharks anyway.

For Fitz to go to the Roosters straight after Robbo would feel hollow , it would always be in the first few years at least the team and system that Robbo built and he wouldn't get any credit, always in his shadow so to speak , when if he has started getting success with us why wouldn't he want to stay and build his own long term dynasty , something he had built , much more satisfying .

We work well also given where he lives.

this time next year if we are still in this position i'd be adding 2 more years to his contract.
I'd say well definitely be looking to do that. The honeymoon period is still in place, the real pressure will come when/if we lose a few in a row.

I have no doubt Fitz can cope with it.

We will not lose a few in a row. Let's kick that thought out of our mindets forever. ;)

Looks the good, though he doesn't have any kids to bring here and create a dynasty... could be a risk... maybe he could adopt Nicho?

So Fox League just did a list they call the “pressure gauge” ranking the coach’s by how insecure their jobs are. 16 being the safest and 1 being the coach who should bricking their dacks whenever the phone rings at the moment.

Fitzgibbon is 14th. 😂😂😂😂
Bellamy and Cleary are the only ones safer then him. God I hope Fitz can keep this going.

T Baz was 1st by the way. Madge has dropped to 8th as well.
