Yep, I reckon they thought it was 18-12 rather than 18-10. That’s the only explanation I can come up with.

The rugby league world obviously hasn't forgotten Chad's hit on Ponga.

Dufty was in the clear, saw Chad and just dived on the ground to avoid being tackled by him.

Then when the dummy half saw Chad peak around the play the ball he got such a fright that he slid off the field.

I’ll be shocked if Chad is not being encouraged to move on before his contract expires with the Cowboys, monetary wise, it’s all his, it’ll come down to where his new home could/would be, ESL possibly? Chad would be crazy to entertain this idea, it’ll be interesting how this plays out.

Chad will be expected to deliver, the cowboys fans will be wanting 800k reasons for him to step up, I’m unsure as to whether Chad knew how much the Sharks fans scrutinised him, it’ll be nothing compared to Ciwboys fans plus the media will lay the boot in @ sometime knowing he’s collecting 800k per season.

Unfortunately for Chad I feel even from his podcasts he has overly high opinion of himself .
Reality might kick in up at Townsville.

Still don't believe he's getting 800k.

And convinced the warriors to start him... Just got his beer into BWS and Dan's... It's fascinating and a bit mind boggling just how incredibly well he's done considering his actual talent

Ah, right. It'd just be another twist in the Chad tale. Haven't heard many conflicting reports but wouldn't be surprised at all if it were less.

Geez the Warriors copped some horrible calls late in that game. From the moment it got to 18-10 they got repeatedly shafted. If they got half-competent officiating in the final ten minutes they close that out easily.

I thought was one of O’Sullivan’s better game in the NRL. He was much more active than Townsend, either because Chad is new, or the early injury - or both.

Warriors left winger in a dud.

I think the result was more on the Warriors, dead set, they were horrible, Dragons were fumbling their way through golden point, not many teams would have lost to the Dragons yesterday, they were very ordinary

CT’s 1 point attempt meant nothing in the overall context of the game at that point.

Had CT played the percentages and rolled the ball in for a repeat set, or ran it into the corner so the dragons had to restart from 5-10 out tackle 1 or bombed for a 6 tackle set instead of a 7 tackle restart at the 20, we would be talking about a Warriors win and a gutsy performance given his should injury early in the game. However he chose a low percentage “result” play (ie 1 point to go to a 9 point lead which is redundant) and then blew the relatively easy shot from 20-25m out just off centre.

That play changed the rest of the match (“sliding doors”) by giving away a 7 tackle restart from the 20 and giving the dragons all momentum.

The Dragons then capitalised and scored which changed the last 6 mins of the game in reg time. All from 1 momentum shifting play.

That was reported as a correction to the other figure which was I think around 660k?

Both too much, he’s declined in value recently not increased.

NQ’s problem now.
I have nothing against CT but think he just showed last night that his decision making it not up to scratch.
Or lack of game awareness if he thought they were only up by 6.
