@BurgoShark in a weak moment (peer pressure)
Nope. He can’t play on that side of the field.

He can kick and tackle, which is keeping him in the team. The rest of his game needs a lot of work. Has one move with ball in hand, which is to run sideways and go himself. It came off twice tonight, which was a happy accident. Was gifted a 6-on-3 on the Iro try and did his best to try to **** it up.

Also still leads the team in both errors and penalties. Can forgive that from Batman, but Robin needs to keep it tighter if he wants to retain his spandex.

A happy accident? **** me that will do me mate. He also essentially forced a 40/20.

Not saying he was great but he was far from what you make out.

Happy to be on an island on this one mate. I’m sure you understand that I’m looking at different things than most people. I could be wrong. In fact I hope I’m wrong.

I’m not looking for a fight. I think he has some assets to his game and could work out as an NRL player. Just not a fit for this team.

Hmmm.

okay,

i think you are being a bit tough, but you are entitled to your opinion as I have to mine.

i think he has done some good things and once he and Nicho have a few more games under their belts (as “batman and robin”) then, we will see the fruits of Fitz’s labour!

I’m ready to see someone else in 6. Tinda
Is a deer in headlights. Not up to it.
I'm not thrilled with him yet, as I think that left edge is looking the most clunky it has in years in attack.

However, I don't agree with your post. I feel like the same arguments that stood solid for Moylan and Chad at certain stages apply for Tricky. I don't think there is currently a better option to play there. In which circumstance I'm very happy to see him continue learning on the job.

he is about less than 30 games playing half . Less than 10 of them with Hynes.

how long it take a half to cement himself in the game ? A few years after playing two yesrs straight.

though I do think tricky should be the controlling half and Nico be more of. 5/8 mold

Happy to be disagreed with.

Agree with the bold bit though. Unfortunate situation. Need to go to market.

Would cost big $$, if you are after good quality.we have tricky at a good price.
patience is the key.
I do recall everyone hated WK but is coming good after a few seasons under his belt

Trickys doing just fine. Had a great game and turned momentum around for us a couple times

Hynes plays a big role in how his other half plays, it’s Hynes who’s on a million dollars who needs to better at letting his other half play to their strengths more instead of trying to control everything. Which was what happened more tonight

The rookie side of Talakai,Tricky, Iro and Ronnie went better than the other side of Wilton, Hynes, Ramien and Big sexy
