Yeah I heard the banning of the country stuff was crap which is a relief (I love the Olympics etc).

I have never been in the "I think ASADA is incompetent camp", but Ben McDevitt looks shifty to me. These deals sounds too good to be true.

It serves a few purposes. It brings closure for us and ASADA and lets them concentrate on the cluster**** they have made with the AFL.

It gives every footballer out there a massive wake up call and no excuse - they can no longer say "I just did what I was told, I didn't know". I would hazard a guess that every player in the NRL is busily checking everything they are told to take.

Lastly it lets ASADA get the info they need to get the real bad guys in this.

So we're discriminating on appearance?

For a start he worked for a large supplement supply company

Its not like he was brewing the **** in his garden shed.

In hindsight im sure theres a billion reasons alarm bells shoulda sounded earlier, same as anything in life really

What i have hated most in this is it hasnt been an investigation to resolve or bring clarity, its purely been an investigation to get scalps

The definite silver lining is getting a new coach.

I hope we go for a more attacking coach, young, and chomping at the bit. Also give him a decent chance and don't crucify him if he doesn't bring immediate success.

Any investigation is about getting to the person/thing responsible or getting a scalp/reason. You get clarity from the fact the evidence that leads you to that "scalp" tells the story of what happened.

Hird was sent a show cause notice even though he never took part in any injecting or was present when injections took place. He also claims to have no knownledge of what the program was that was all on Dank and "the weapon" according to him.

A coach who knows it is going on and does not report it or stop it (which in the beginning Flanno did neither) is acting against the WADA code.

He will get a notice I am 100% sure of it.

We are possibly the dumbest club in world sport for extending his contract whilst everything is still up in the air. Fair dinkum, what a bloody rabble we are.
