Its a ****ing joke hey. That right there means certain Clubs, regardless of their position within the cap, are out of the running. No way we could kick up an extra mill, but its pocket change for Rusty and Packer.

I just think on the other side of the coin, when you release a player and have to pay his wage (or part of) it comes into the cap. Look at Parra.

Any money spent on releasing a player, getting a player to be released to come to your club etc should all be under the cap. Maybe it needs a seperate allowance?

The whole salary cap, TPAs, transfer fee - the lot needs looking at. Its been in place in the same format for so long now its natural it'll be outdated and lacking and needs an overhaul.
