I don't think it will take them long to learn our vast array of attacking moves.
I reckon they'd know them off by heart after the first session......

While we are all getting excited at the prospect of these new buys playing for us, we need to remember that with so many new players they are going to take some time to gel. I know we have months of pre-season training and trials to play but I think it's going to take at least 3-4 games in before we start seeing the results we are all hoping for.
Ha ha HB! Yes, I know we're not the best for attack but I think all these new players should be able to lift us up a gear. But it will take some time.
You mean like into 1st gear?

Agree to a point but most of the time when a team is using that line or excuse its just that, an excuse, while you, me & everybody else on this forum is doing their 40hr a week job these guys are spending time together, there doing drills, fitness, video's etc.
Look at Penrith this year, they had a heap of new guys assemble & hit the ground running, the roosters the yr before that, much the same, I'm expecting us to do well & compete every week, yep, I get our combinations are a work in progress but they are paid professionals.
It's a no brainer isn't it? I'd have Heino at lock and Lewis off the bench, but same idea.Love Gal but agree wholeheartedly with this. Gal has to play prop if I'm coaching.
Gallen, Ennis and Fifita would be an awesome starting front row with Graham, Bukuya and Lewis as the back row.
D Fifita, Taga, Tupou and Brown off the bench. (All aspects covered with Brown offering cover for Ennis and the backs)
There's more than one way to skin a cat.
It's catchy, isn't it?
I'm with you Bundy that they should be able to do that every week, I just have some concerns that we won't see it first up.
:lmaoSome bold statements being made in here today...

It's an age thing for me. He's about to hit that age when long term serious injuries can occur, so I'd be looking to give him a spell.I see Ennis a bit like Cam Smith, would prefer him on the field for the whole game.
Jesus Bogga Bri, what have you started!!!
The top 25 highest paid are the 'top 25'. Then there are other guys on small retainers + match payments. I suppose some of them might be on the same wage as others at the bottom of the top 25 - i.e. bare minimum. That's why it looks like we have more NRL players than spots.
For instance, we had enough cap space and a squad spot to fit in Fergo or Marshall last year but you still could.have come up with 25 guys who could be seen as NRL players from that squad.
That's my take on how it must work.
off to the dogsKaufuuuusi
