I've always liked Langi. Not sure what his best NRL possie is - played mostly 5/8 but also been a centre and backrower. Super runner of the ball and a real leader in the Roosters NYC.

Rueben is quick but not huge. Poor man's Koroibete. Should have signed the rich man's Koro given he was fuggin offered too us. Yes I'm still filthy at that.

Semi is ordinary. At best.

Jonathan Rueben (Roosters)

Sam Langi (Roosters)

Sami Sauiluma (Raiders)

All in negotiations.

From other forum. Any of these guys any good?
Good to see we're looking at wingers, and atleast one of them is very fast. Sauilima I don't know much about but he's a big bugger. IMO opinion our backline at the mo has 3 centres and 2 fullbacks. And you can add Gagan to the centre list.

Of all the recruitment rumours we're yet to see a prop other than the josh McGuire talk. I wonder if someone's looking to shift there next year. Could be Gal/Toops/Arona I guess.

Add Langi to Paulo and Jack bird and you have 3 guys who play backrow/5 eighth. Maybe they're preparing to spend next year without another halves signing.

Congoo couldn't get on the field. Playing bush/Newy football somewhere.

Saulima isn't any bigger than Feki and isn't as quick. Nice bloke and a good NSW Cup player but ordinary first grader.

I remember him spending a lot of time bludging when he was played on an edge. Did virtually nothing for a couple of years.

So where did this rumour regarding Paulo come from? Any truth to it?
I think it came from what is know around here as "the other forum". Was mentioned with the Taka rumour. Who knows?

A thought on Langi.

He reminds me of Wade Graham in a way. Gun junior with a real leadership aura about him who played a bit of first grade at a very young age but never nailed a position. Both have good ball skills so played a lot in the halves even though it wasnt necessarily their long term spot. Both natural footballers. As soon as he settled in an NRL position he killed it.

Not sure where he plays - maybe centre - but sign him up regardless. Just plain talented.
