Anyone who doesn't think we don't need one more Big Bopper next yr , should have a look how the Rorters are going now Lodge has been added. They Took the head off the snake in NAS, and relentlessly Powered home with 3/4 Front rowers.

That first sentence was a little confusing… but I get your point.

Don’t you think the below is enough middles:

Props
Toby
Hunt
BHU
Kaufusi
Williams
Hazelton
Jesse

Lock
Finucane
McInnis
Wade (moving in to cover during games)

That to me is plenty. Any more than that and I think we’d be spending too much of our cap on the middle.

That's plenty of numbers.

We will come up short because none of them exude violence like JWH.

He is scary and that violence within rules wins games and intimidates opponent's.

We saw Hunt isn't afraid to get violent in preseason with no small opponent in TPH. I'm sure while BHU doesn't go looking he'd also take the challenge on. Finucane and McInnes might not engage but they won't shy away from their workload just because someone else want's to get feisty.

Yeah we lack a maniac but multiple teams (Dragons and I think it was Cowboys) have said we have the toughest forward pack to face.

We saw with JWH it's just as likely to backfire as it is to gain yourself anything.

Look how ****ed we were when Uele got injured. We need 1 more established prop in our squad. And someone who loves the hard stuff.
No BHU and no Finucane really stuffed us. It is fair to say Fifita and Hunt got better as the season went on as well though

Not our best stretch but still finished second.

Also had Williams out

Most clubs feel the impact of two starting middles and benchie out

I just feel the additional experienced front rower in McLean/Klemmee makes us stronger going into 2023

Would be happy to have another decent prop, but hey if the Broncs want to let us have Haas or maybe Utoikamanu from the Tigers that would be extra nice

It does, but it would come at the cost of weakening another area as we wouldn’t be able to spend the money on the depth there, or we would be able to keep our current back 5.

I get that JWH seems all scary and angry on the field, but Penrith is doing fine with JFH and Leota and both of them are tough without carrying on like cranky little bitch (JWH).

Kaufusi is young, but he has the potential to grow into an enforcer. He’s a big lad.
