We dont need bird. Dugans on one edge and morris transitioning to xerri on the other. We need second rowers or wingers.

I’d send him now.

Val’s form will drop knowing he’s signed a big deal elsewhere, plus his management will be pushing for the swap now and if doesn’t happen that will mean disappointment for him and the missus, if anyone thinks the Barba to Boys deal (under the same management mind you), was done for any other reason shake the rocks out your head.

But I’d be pushing for more than just BB, it’s no straight swap and anyone’s dog can see that, we need a sweetener!

Ethan Lowe can’t get a run there, done deal.

Just can't agree that Val's form will drop. This kid is playing for more than just a contract... 3rd party payments, state and national selection... Instagram followers... he will be a gun no matter where he is, no matter the conditions. Val is a modern professional footballer and understands that success comes from being a human highlight reel.

Same , a pea heart

Can’t tell if you’re being sarcastic or not. I can’t help think of our GF when reading your comment. The bloke is as dumb as dog****, but there is no denying his ticker. He may of lost his mojo atm, but he just needs to get out of Brisbane. No doubt he’d be back to his best at Cronulla

The sooner Barba comes here the better value and benefit we get from him so if we have to rip of the band aid and do a swap for 2019 i'm not against it. The later Barba comes here (i.e. 2020) the less beneficial it is for us.
Unlike Holmes Benny can also tackle and organise a defense which would be an immediate plus. Either player will give us heaps in attack but question marks if Holmes goes into sook/shell mode if he isn't released for 2019. Would like to think not...

No to Jack Bird - massive doubt he would ever find his form/fitness again just by coming back to us, if was super cheap yea but won't be.

leave moylan at 5/8 he is building, did alot of work to put on extra bulk for the position as well. can't assume we would find a suitable 5/8 replacement anyway

CRONULLA boss Barry Russell at NRL HQ last Monday talking salary cap issues. Independent commission chairman Peter Beattie told me Russell’s honesty in self-reporting will work heavily in the Sharks’ favour when the penalties for cheating are handed down.

Pretty sure I broke the speed limit once back in the '90's. Wonder whether I'd get a reduced fine if I self-reported now.

Don't do it Tresh, they'll round up the speeding figure on inflation and nick ya on drugs for your bad memory!
