a lot of young guys do, the good ones generally don't get worked out inside their debut season, for me, he's a one trick pony, pace, imo, he will only be left more exposed next season, pass for me.

Glad you aren't the coach mate. Dufty is an OK player with plenty of pace but he gets found out in defence too much and isn't anywhere near as good as player as Holmes or anyone else we could have playing for us.

If Holmes signs with the Cows we've got 12 months to find another FB, if he signs and is released immediately we'll get Barba.

Be worth a gamble on a cheap contract. Stick him with gal & hope is work ethic rubs off if not sure gal would pull him pretty quick. Other team to look at for replacement fullback is the storm they have 4 full backs can't all make it. I would love Hughes but plays a different style to our team.
