Can't say I'm doing cartwheels about the Jim Dymock appointment .
Understudy to Ricky Stuart and Des Hasler , woopee !!!
Will it improve our attack ?
Then again , I admit I was wrong about Price .

And who did flanno do his under?

Worry about assistant coaches is like worrying about what beer you're gonna drink. Only assholes care

Having said that I rate both appointments

Good point , just would've loved Addo Carr's speed on a wing .
Was interesting to read Scott nearly came back to Sydney , wonder if he would have returned here .
But yep , let it go .

There was an article a few weeks ago where his mum said moving to melbourne was a decision he, his manager and family made based on focusing on footy. His distractions in the ****e/sydney had potential to harm his career. I can respect that.

Actual lol here. I was wondering why you were censored. Took me a while to work out you spelt Shire with a T instead of an R haha

Peta Hiku is looking for a club. He'd be coming pretty cheap and can play 5/8 and everywhere else in the backline. I know his form has dipped since he started at Manly, but I reckon he'd be worth a gamble on a modest contract.

I like the versatility. Could be good a decent get at the right money.

Not sure about Hiku. One of those players that doesn't really fit into any position for mine. Players like Val, Dugan and Gray can cover a couple of positions and we have Noodle waiting in the wings.

I'd probably be inclined to pass.

We have some forward/halves versatility in Paulo who has had good form to boot and Flanno hardly uses him as it is and Nu did a great job in the halves & 9 but got dropped back to reggies anyway. Hiku on recent history isn't good enough to sign as a dedicated outside back and there wouldn't be much room for him in the backline barring injuries anyway. If we want to fill out some depth positions look internally or at some young up and comers.

If we want to sign experience on reasonable coin with a view to actually give them FG game time get genuine positional players that can fight for spots. Plodamore for instance was an average front rower but at least he had a single role and wasn't a hack of all trades.
Alot comes down to the individuals and how cheap a contract they are willing to accept and how much time in NSW Cup to go with it.
