You'd just leave Paulo on the bench as an option if you wanted to try Brailey for the 80 minutes.

I have no hopes at all for Uele. Can prove himself in NSW Cup, Dillon already has.

I'm not against giving Dillon ago but I don't think your reason is justified. Uele has been playing QLD cup so he's proved himself there. And as pointed out he's played NRL, albeit a short stint.

Also if the club thought so highly of Dillon why lure a player from Nth QLD, by all reports Cowboys wanted to keep him so I'm sure he didn't come on minimum wage. So the club must rate him.

Rd 3 Dragons, Rd 9 Tigers, Rd 11 Cowboys & Rd 12 Bulldogs. Also 6 x 65+ minute games.

Admirable but he wasn't overly effective at the back end of those games from memory. He'll get there but I don't think he's quite up to it yet.

Totally agree HB, was just answer the question.

With a full pre-season, he'll be better for it, but he's probably another 12 months away from being an effective 80 minute dummy half.

With another full preseason and escaping any injuries I think he'll be an 80 minute player by next season.

If Seggy gets back to his best, which I think he will, it's worth giving him game time.

We need to adapt to his strengths though, there's no use trying to make Seggy play like a stock-standard hooker. If that's the plan I'd rather let him seek opportunities elsewhere.

Seggy needs to play big minutes in reggies and destroy everyone then come back. He won't find form playing 20 minutes off the bench.

I stand corrected.

Does anyone seriously think Flanno won’t pick Seggy next year though?

I'd say he'll 100% start the season with him on the bench. I'll be pissed off he picks him every week if his form is as bad as this year though.
