Yeah read that article last night. I think having a mate who has done something terrible, is doing ten years for it and visiting him is a long stretch from consorting with crims. Who among us doesn't try to help mates out when they're doing it tough? The fkl acronym is unclear. If the f stands for 'for', meh. If it's for 'free', ok, that's political and becomes an issue for the nrl but it's ultimately the governing body imposing its morals on the player. There are so many examples of athletes taking in-competition political stances and being lauded for their courage, I don't need to cite even one. I wonder if the f stood for the synonymous f word whether the nrl's integrity unit would be more concerned about vulgar language than the message conveyed. What if the message was simply 'kl'? Ok, he isn't in the kangaroos squad. Let that be that. The fkl hasn't reappeared, so that seems to be the end of that. Let him visit his mate in trouble - surely he can't be told not to - and let that be that. Unless there is more to it than what has been reported, it's time to move on and let faf be the best he can be, as a person - we already know he is a special athlete.

The editors of the major news organisations will give oxygen to both sides of the story and then they will be able to refer to him as a 'controversial figure'.

same lol,
Was wondering if you were able to duck off for any during the GF considering you were with the old man - if not you must have been climbing the walls in that second stanza

I know the mid strength did nothing, may as well have been drinking cordial, would have taste better but probs cost the same at ANZ

Cant have been too bad, i saw you drink the spilt dregs from the cup tray hahaha

I'm all about the environment and avoiding waste - All those Remondis dumpsters had a positive influence on me

Plus there was about $3 of beer down there, that paid for about 1/4 of deathmoths coke zero

I reckon the media might have won us the Premiership.

When Fifita is in a real good space and is getting praise, he tends to become complacement and goofy **** creeps into his games.

When he is in the media's crosshairs and his back is against the wall, he gets into beast mode and has tunnel vision to win games.

I would personally like to thank Paul Kent's continual hate talk towards our club, for fueling the fire in the bellies of our players. Amongst other things, he wanted Fifita's head on a plate. Inadvertantly he has contributed to turning him into an absolute beast that can be tamed by no man! Thanks PK. We know where to go when we need some motivation and fire.

I can cop Fifita's non-selection because rep selection in the NRL has always been absurd and political. But not giving him the Clive Churchil medal is literally robbing him of something he earned. It is infuriating.

he was an absolute machine for sure but lewy might have got the nod because of the minutes he played and his old man legs never looked like stopping
