I have real trouble understanding why players get on twitter and instagram at all. Dumb move I think. Opens themselves up to all sorts of abuse.

And then they get upset when someone bags them.

Pro's and Con's I suppose.

Any abuse though, you'd think they'd ignore, pretty much the same as when people yell it out at the footy. I don't see the difference in digital abuse and vocal abuse, just one can be tracked more easily.

Btw just went over to visit the Kennel, and by god it does hurt reading their joys of signing our boy and putting him in their line ups.

Would not recommend!

Still stupid I think. Also shows arrogance - "I'm a famous footy player and you're not!" (quote from Chevy Chase - Saturday night live. Again, for the older folk)

just bench Fifita now, start getting the forwards who ARE staying with us more time on the field and less off the bench.

no time now for Fifita.

I can't wait to go back in a year and half when he is playing like a busted and watch them turn on him.

Mate, we need to win football games. For that you put your best 17 on the park no matter the circumstances.

I agree Chad, that's why we put him on the bench, honestly I rather have players who will be with us next year to gel and mix with the team in the starting 13. Either that or Sharp hopefully drops De Gois and Morris off the team and puts in Holmes or Brown.

Here is the thing that hurts, he can't put Brown or Holmes into the first grade squad for any more then a few games without there being a long term injury.

We are stuck with the top 30 we have this year.

In your head, rent free
so when we sign props to replace him, should they be dropped? i get it, we are upset he is gone, but we are still paying the man money to do a job for us this year.

I don't mind leaving guys in reserve grade if they are only slightly better than other guys who we have signed long term. But I wouldn't be doing it to a guy who plays for Australia.

I see your point mate but as Stevie. Slide and Snowman said, he is one of our top 17 and when fit and not suspended he will be in the side.

I'm really not that upset about losing him, I guess the memories of losing Snowden and Douglas are still pretty fresh. I was dissapointed we lost those and look how it turned out.

You only starting dropping blokes that have signed elsewhere when you're out of the running for the finals imo. If there's nothing to play for then start blooding youngsters. If you still have a chance you pick your best team.

To be perfectly honest, It is no big deal he is going in my opinion. Yeah he is a great player, but he is a prop. No prop is worth 850k a year. Would be better off with two 400-500k props who would still be awesome then one 850k prop and a 150k prop. Or better yet spend that money on a very good hooker or half.

If someone forcibly takes over the hire purchase on your Rolls Royce and says they'll drop by to pick it up in 12 months what do you do?

Take it out on the rally track to see how good the suspension is.
