from memory his first run; ran like 15-17 metres up the guts.

also impressed by Jack williams. I have been critical of him, when those two came on together - they did their job. good effort.

Aside from that brain explosion kicking it when we made that break he’s been good this year.

I agree. Not so much a fan these days. I was disappointed in his signing, hope it's 1-2 yrs at best and not big $$$

why would it be anything more than a year or 2 on low $$?

Probably see him for another year with the clean out we're likely to have next year

getting to the point I would deadset keep him on over Woods and that's not just because I'm a Tolman fan, it's cause Woods is starting to stink it up a bit with some of the **** he is pulling

I was impressed by Tolman last night, particularly the way he tackled Nathan Brown and the other guys returning the drop outs. Really put his body on the line and set a great example

agree I loved his big hits on Brown, after the big wind up and run Tolman smashed him and brought him down straight away

Tolman was solid AF

haha yes you reminded me of that, yeah, I was more thinking about that period when he, wilton and williams came on - quite a unique situation; about to clock up big minutes. I recall his first hitup was great and a few hard hitting tackles on their big men.

Tolman was strong, very good game, I don't think he did a single thing wrong

when we had no bench left was relieved to know at least one forward was going to go the distance minutes wise and he had no problem putting in the extras - coach needs to keep that in mind

what a worker - most tackles in our team for just 1 miss

3rd most runs

and in just 56 mins

kept it simple and solid, no adventures into unnecessary play unlike his bulldogs days when he had to make something happen

proving to be the good signing I thought he would be

I like him. Adds that hard edge in defence that we have missed since Gal and Lewy retired

Give him another year

I'm on the release Woods and keep Tolman bandwagon to have that experience in the props. Woods has had a few good games but ultimately think the game has passed him.

Not that it hasn't passed Tolman but for 150k on cheapie deals it's worth. Woods won't stay for that.

Props/Middles can be

Uele, Rudolf, Hunt, Tolman, McInnes, Talakai, Williams, Pele and maybe we go shopping for a gun prop.

Not a bad idea -

Middles of Uele,Tolman,McInnes,Rudolph,Hunt and Talakai would be more then enough..

Gives us even more money to play with by replacing Woods with Tolman

Bunty Afoa coming off the back fence for us I wouldn't mind. Those runs will get you a 6 again next play or 2 more often than not.
