As others have said its an absolute no-brainer to try and get the stadium used 12 months a year but any kind of ownership or stake in the new franchise (i hate that word in sport - too American) is a totally different story altogether. I trust lyall to make the right call regardless if its an option however i don't know how keen the FFA would be on a rival code being an owner. *i don't know if parramatta owns any part of the wanderers having said that ?

Wellington should stay in the A League though and I'm unsure whether we produce enough quality players to be thinking about expansion yet.

Genius or going with Snowman's idea what about Endeavour Rovers.
I like endeavour, but I reckon the indigenous issue will block it, as someone else mentioned. Rovers is good too, but maybe a little close to Wanderers?

I'm a big fan of this idea, and I reckon it will go a long way to ensuring the Sharks survival.

Don't think so. The Parramatta Power were owned by Parra Leagues but that was under the old NSL administration, of course.

I wouldn't have a problem with it if I were them. It'd be in the Cronulla Leagues Club's best interest that the club succeeds.

Forgot about the parramatta power. What a rip roaring success they were, up there with the northern spirit and football kingz fc.

I've been a long term supporter of the idea of a Cronulla - Sutherland Sharks Combined Sports Club... one brand, many sports.
