The ref for this west tigers v dogs game currently - especially that first half
She is very concerning
so many decisions are wrong.
I know I will cop Sh!t from some standard 'Karens' that will say I'm being chauvinistic. but I'm not - she is simply not up to standard.

hope they improve on her performance and ability within the NRL
and all I'm viewing are 'Non-shark games' of hers so I'm not going on this BWB crusade.

her decision-making in 'six again', offside, high tackles, calls within the ruck, calling players out offside in a tackle and not penalising.
I will not understand and am perplexed.
definitely, two captain's challenges have gone against her initial decision today, coupled with other calls.

I know some refs aren't perfect and it's a tough gig and what they have to do. I get it.
Just wouldn't want a crucial game decided by the poor performance of an official

oh well, just hope I'm entitled to an opinion and not get singled out and crucified here :cautious: OR I'm sure will be told she is doing a great job.

Thay was the worst game to watch and she was awful, lost control of the game
So many mistakes
But she’ll get a game again next week and the poor standard will continue

Damn, you beat me to this one. I saw this earlier and was going to post it. 😏😂😉

As a baseball fan I can tell you this happens quite regularly to minor leaguers. It happens to Major Leaguers as well but they’re at least allowed to finish the game LOL. Thats partly why I always shake my head about how Rugby League players needing 12-18 months to sign for a new team, then move cities.

The only difference is that most of these baseballers don't take their families with them.

Yep it's bullshit. People move cities for jobs all the time with only a month or two notice.

not a bad team. But is it really different from years past?
Good question. I think the thing with this list is they are all medium to long term.

It does feel like the injuries are getting more and more. Is it due to speed of the game? Would be interesting if some statistician on here could pull across the data

Yeah. My gut feeling is we've always had that amount of injuries more or less, maybe the nature of these injuries changed over the years?

Great to be first, and we can only beat who's in front of us. It's still impressive to have only dropped one game, particularly when there have been so many upsets.

Thought I'd look at it closer, so going to list how the top 8 have faired against "teams they should beat" I.e all the teams we have played and anyone else low on the ladder.

Sharks - 7 wins all by 10 or more except the warriors by 4. 1 loss to the tigers.

Storm - 3 'tough' wins against Penrith, chooks and broncos. 4 and 1 against teams we should beat. One loss to the Knights and 2 point wins against titans and bulldogs.

Panthers - 1 'tough' win against the broncos, losses to storm, roosters and manly. 4-0 against teams they we should beat.

Dolphins - 1 'tough' loss to the broncos. 5-2 against teams we should beat. Losses to Knights and Cowboys.

Manly - 2-0 against tough sides beating Penrith and the roosters. 3-1-2 against teams we should beat. Draw against the warriors and losses to the dragons and eels.

Chooks - 5 tough games for a 2-3 record. Two wins against the broncos, losses to Manly, Penrith and Melbourne. 3-1 against teams we should beat including a loss to Newcastle and a 4 point win over the dogs.

Broncos- 4 tough games for an 0-4 record. Two losses to the chooks, one to Penrith and one to Melbourne. 5-0 against teams we should beat.

From this I could say that Penrith, Brisbane, Melbourne and the Chooks are probably doing as good as us with our run. Manly and the Dolphins likely couldn't have gone 7-1.

Let's go beat some of the big dogs.

I think we're playing the most consistent out of the competition.

So you're saying that the Knights have actually taken some big scalps?
If they can do it, so should we.

Nice wrap up by the way.
