Eels I think ; but this is why I’m still very critical of the team set-up of how we play with Moylan in the halves

No point going to side to side and being all attack when if it comes to the top sides we get embarrassed, need to unlock and better other parts of the team
Yep

Of course you're an atheist.

It's easy to have no belief in anything.

I'm a committed Christian.

The clutch moments in the game were that small 5 minute period before half time. More luck than anything cruelled the Sharks tonight.
For mine Brisbane only put together one constructed try, the others were fortuitous, and one was on the back of a penalty where I don't believe Hunt should have been penalised. Ronaldo probably should have caught that bomb, but that's the way it goes.

This game was a bit like the origin game. Frizell scored and was ruled no try, in the context of the game that was a huge difference maker at the end of that game. People go on with, 'well if you're good enough you can recover', that's just talk.

Cronulla's lack of execution in the attacking zone on tackles 4, 5 and 6 was bad. Attacking opportunities on 4th are being wasted with mindless hit ups and no offloads, and the kicking game on the 4th or 5th tackle wasn't good enough that it led to two Brisbane tries, so when you look at it that was the difference. A bit unlucky for the Sharks, but if they want to win in finals series they need to improve that aspect in a big way. Apart from that, I thought the Sharks were pretty good, but the completion rate and ball handling at times costs the Sharks badly. Hunt is playing superbly, his ability to offload is excellent. I do believe Brisbane got away with a bit much hold down and deliberately slowing the speed of the play the ball at critical times, but they seem expert at this tactic.
Agreed Steve kneen. The only thing I would add would be that Brisbane‘s on Line Defense was incredible

Their kicking game killed us, wish we had one. Would be nice
Been blatantly obvious for ages, our last tackle options have been substandard for the past season and a half. We're not doing anything about it.

We'll makes the finals and be gone in the first week, second if we're lucky.

No chance we compete with the big boys.

Adam Reynolds had no pressure on him when he was kicking.

If you let him kick to his heart's desire, he will cause all kinds of trouble for any team in the competition.

No plan B in attack.Once a side works out the sweep plays we are done...
I could understand that last year - being our first year with this kind of attack.

However, this year, I was expecting/hoping for a plan B.

Right now, we are a one trick pony. If we can't perform that trick, we get stuck and become a headless chicken.

Probably because we don’t respect the art of a kicking game therefore find it unnecessary to prevent one happening to us

Fitz is one thick minded coach if he continues without any change.

When was the last time we had a complete game against a top 8 team ? It’s actually a joke now

I think there are people on this forum that should consider not drinking before or during a game.

Some of the comments by you so called Sharks supporters were just so ludicrous.

And we still have people blaming the refs, calling them cheats and saying the NRL favours certain teams. What a load of rot. I do agree the refereeing is bad some times but anyone that can prove they’re cheats or has evidence of NRL favouritism is talking through their hat.

You could tell in the first 10-15 minutes that we were going to struggle. Handling was its usual poor self and our line speed was disgraceful. I lost count of how many tackles we missed. Yet there were plenty of times we looked great, made breaks and got ourselves into try scoring opportunities only to fall at the final hurdle.

The way we played tonight, the Broncos should have beaten us by 30.

There are players who should be under pressure to hold their spot. Matty Moylan did not have a good game tonight and neither did Ronnie. Ramien ran sideways way too much. Hate to say it but Finucane is struggling. Hunt did ok tonight but I think BHU is ready to start again. Nicho tried hard, too much at times, but he is feeling too much pressure I think.

Those calling for certain players to be dropped need to come up with good replacements that will do the job. You just can’t pick a replacement player without explaining why.

We need to remember that as much as we hate them, the Broncos are a good team. They ran hard, controlled the ball and played expansive footy without being careless. Even when we were ahead 6-4 I knew we were still up against it.

It’s an awful feeling losing. It stinks. It makes you feel like ****. Let’s hope the team have the same feeling and use it as motivation against the Storm.
But did you get the names of the players we missed tackles on ? It’s important

I’d say we are a 50% chance of being a top 4 team this year. We have a decent run home.

Rabbitohs, Penrith will definitely finish above us. Then it’s between us, Broncs, Raiders and Storm battling it out for the last two spots.
The reality is ; the way we are playing and if keep with the same line-up

We are better then none of those teams, actually nowhere near as complete as any of them
