Too much gambling in our great game ..
I don't believe the refs are corrupt or anything.

I just feel they inadvertently get sucked into over reffing certain sides.

Whether this is from too much coaching, tip sheets on teams, voices in their ears from the bunker etc

I think this even happens mid game. How often does the penalties and six agains get reversed in the second half.

Ramiens penalty in the second half was classic example. He did the exact same thing 2 or 3 times in the first half and got away with it (they've all should of been penalties IMO). I could imagine the ref got a tip at half time so was consciously waiting for it.

So from now on I expect anyone tackled on the last, if they didn't know it was the last, to be given another go.

Agree, it felt that way with the two times we were penalised for holding down when Brailey was near the ruck, it had the tip sheet feeling for sure

Couldn't agree more. 82% considering all of those second half completions would have been under massive fatigue and pressure (any drop ball coming off our line would have meant ANOTHER defensive effort being required)

I think the ball handling was good
