Battle harden the front early. We have better rotation than all three of those teams, stop their starters, take advantage when they are off.
Start with some early kicks if meters are hard to come by, make them work side to side a lot early then soon as they soften their middle start running down it.

Making Mitchell and whoever is Raiders fullback chase early kicks around would also be good, not so much Gutho as you won't tire him out.
