Freddy was pretty much the same. Was too big and strong for kids his age and was playing first grade by 17.
What is Freddy feeding this kid? 105kg at 16
What is his chin measurement?

Haha yeah. That #10 had nfi. State rep player though. I know a dozen 12yo league players who would have at least used their shoulder.it is Underage Yawnyon defence of course.

Not knowing **** is no excuse. It can suck & catch out genuine people. But people lie.Solicitor Paul McGirr argued in Lithgow Court on August 31 that the case against his client was was flawed because he was unaware of the Covid protocols at the time.
Well that'd be unfortunate but we'd be acting on the information available at the time. Seems like your beef should be with the people who laid these damaging accusations against you. If you're found innocent then pursue them for the damages that wrongful charge caused.“It would be like me saying that you’re sacked for stealing something when it turns out you didn’t take anything.
haha yeah the only way to compare them would be if he did steal something but claim to be "unaware" it was illegal at the time. Also not knowing the laws but breaking them is NOTHING like being accused of stealing when you haven’t.
That’s an awful analogy.
What's the bet this solicitor approached Dugan? Poorly defending 1 case while talking up another to the DT. Sounds like a wannabe Saul Goodman. He was also stopped by police and told to return home with a warning and then stopped again 40 minutes later and fined. He was definitely aware of the rules the second time.
They must be arguing he’s dumb enough the first conversation didn’t takeHe was also stopped by police and told to return home with a warning and then stopped again 40 minutes later and fined. He was definitely aware of the rules the second time.
I'm sold. They must be arguing he’s dumb enough the first conversation didn’t take
Poorly defending - he must’ve been watching Dugans last couple seasons with usWhat's the bet this solicitor approached Dugan? Poorly defending 1 case while talking up another to the DT. Sounds like a wannabe Saul Goodman.
Oh damn I just posted this in the rumour mill, sorry I didn’t see it here.Josh Dugan is thinking about sueing us for unfair dismissal. I cannot find his player thread anywhere so thought I would post it here.

Ex-NRL star Josh Dugan will consider taking legal action against the Sharks for wrongful dismissal if he’s successful in court later this year.
Dugan was sacked by Cronulla last year after he was charged with an alleged breach of the New South Wales public health order during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The former Blues and Kangaroos winger was stopped driving through Lithgow in the Blues Mountains while Sydneysiders were restricted to travel within five kilometres of their homes.
Solicitor Paul McGirr argued in Lithgow Court on August 31 that the case against his client was was flawed because he was unaware of the Covid protocols at the time.
The matter still before the courts and a decision due on December 2.
Dugan’s Sharks contract was then wrongly terminated on September 10, according to McGirr, and reportedly still had more than $100,000 of his contract to be paid.
“He was terminated because of this breach, therefore, you would think if he had been terminated unlawfully, he would have to have a civil action,” McGirr told The Daily Telegraph.
“And not only for the losses at the time for the particular matter but his name and reputation have been sullied. Josh Dugan has always declared his innocence in respect to this.
“It would be like me saying that you’re sacked for stealing something when it turns out you didn’t take anything.
“The law only changed a matter of days before (the incident) and he had the understanding he was doing the right thing and he was terminated on that basis.
“He is certainly looking at his legal options in respect to an action against his employer at the time.”
The Sharks settled with former player Todd Carney in 2017 after he brought an unfair dismissal claim against the club.
