LEADERBOARD Round 23 results: (3 - Hynes, 2 - Moylan, 1 - Hunt)

1st: Nicho Hynes - 21
2nd: Blayke Brailey - 17
=3rd: Siosifa Talakai - 15
=3rd: Matt Moylan - 15
5th: Cameron McInnes - 10
=6th: Ronaldo Mulitalo - 7
=6th: Toby Rudolf - 7
=6th: Royce Hunt - 7
=9th: Jesse Ramien - 6
=9th: William Kennedy - 6
=11th: Teig Wilton - 4
=11th: Connor Tracey - 4
13th: Dale Finucane - 3
=14th: Briton Nikora - 2.5
=14th: Braydon Trindall - 2.5
=16th: Sione Katoa - 2
=16th: Lachie Miller - 2
18th: Braden Hamlin-Uele - 1

Hynes jumps out to a four point lead at the top, with only two games to go, that lead will be hard to run down. Moylan steps into equal 3rd and Hunt has gained a few places.
I will not be surprised if Hynes and Moylan go 1 and 2 at the end of the year.

Thank you @CrazyMatt for all of your hard work.

no idea how Brailey is still so high up the leaderboard (I don't check it very often)

I mean Brailz impressed at the start of the season and got a bunch of votes (including from me) but to still be ahead of Talakai & Moylan by now damn...

Brailey’s picked up consistent podium spots all year, whereas Talakai and Moylan don’t regularly feature in the minor spots. Those 2nds and 3rds do add up.

Has been consistent throughout the season despite a couple of brain explosions & was early season points leader plus there have also been a couple of rounds where it was a choice of who was the least worst player .

He has been one of our best all year. Gets through a large defensive load and his service is always good.

This will go down to the last round folks! Hynes is now guaranteed to at the very least share the title with either Brailey or Moylan. If either of those two fellas dont pick up 3 points against Newcastle then Hynes will be your sole 2022 POTY.

You know you've had a good year when 3 out of 4 spine players are up the top.

WE HAVE A WINNER. NICO HYNES IS YOUR 2022 SHARKS FOREVER FORUM PLAYER OF THE YEAR. Yes I will start a new leaderboard for the finals and I will do a proper write up later on the OP (shouldn’t take 6 months this time, promise).

Brailey will never top the SF poll... rubbish player.

Cheers again for running this CM. Enjoy the offseason with the family!

Thanks for doing this again, Matty.

I'll send my usual suggestion for improving it and you'll do your usual thing of dismissing it :)

Good work. I would agree with the results
Thanks Crazy M. I enjoyed rewatching games to see the 2%ers. There does seem to be a discord for Dale to pole lower than Lachie Miller. Style is more valued than substance?

Dale a victim of consistency and doing the tough/hard to see stuff. Shows the weakness of this style of list when a player like him ranks so low, but we know we appreciate him

Thanks Matty for making the time to do this particularly with the new bub mid season .

Bort - Was also a bit hard to give Dale points for matches when he wasn't playing .

It Borts defence in those games Dale had no errors or mis-tackles.
