Coach clearly sees something in Tricky - not being so quick to cut him after a sht 10 mins will give Trindall confidence x10000

What happens if Moylan or Hynes goes down HIA or injured?
If Moylan goes down they will make do, he isn’t typically a 5th play option and Kennedy can step up.

If Hynes goes down definitely more of an issue…..however Brailey to pick up more kicking duties and McInnes into 9.

I rate Trindal and have wanted him in the team at 7, however, I don’t see the value of carrying trindal as a 14…..he isnt an impact player and he is going to only play 10 mins which doesn’t do him justice.

And also blocks the way for Williams (who will likely kill it under Fitz)

I have been vocal about him not being handed the 7, but I been advocating Trindall as a benchie for a long time. I think it is the best strategy for developing him long-term. Every game he plays off the bench he is learning to be a first grade player without the expectation of having to be a difference-maker.

Fitz said in an interview mid-last-week that he “trusts Trindall anywhere on the field”. I reckon he is going to give hin more than one 10-minute stint to prove he belongs in first grade.

I really like that Fitz is backing Trindall. There's a good footy player in there and if you're going to give him a crack, go all in so he at least feels confident that his future isn't riding on every moment.

Personally... Still torn on where that development happens. But in Fitz we trust

If trindall did come into the NRL team to replace Moylan in the future I hope we keep Hynes at 7
He wanted the responsibility and has grasped with both hands, it’s his jersey

It'd suit Trindall better anyway imho

I can see the value of Trindall getting game time on the bench to replace Moylan at some point. I just also really want Williams to get game time as I think he is a good forward.

A bunch of the reserves weren't listed in the Jets team so I dunno there might be some late changes this week.

I like that Fitz is backing Trindall, as long as he isn't a Des Hasler who just will never drop anyone unless they are injured. (Morgan Harper *cough*)

Some interesting things here on the Knights forum, most of them are very confident about winning.

One fellow says Sharks by 8 but I think he is trying to wind people up.

Most are saying they don't think we are as good as everyone thinks we are and that we haven't really beaten any good teams.

Also one brilliant comment about Ramien bound to do something dumb. Yes, that's probably going to happen.

It is probably going to happen, but it’s a bold shout by a knights fan after Barnetts incident

I absolutely hate the Knights and we are due to beat them so very keen for a W tomorrow.

Interesting take.
Eels, top 4 and even premiership contenders
Dragons made a very very good account of themselves against the reigning premiers.
Raiders. Yep, I agree, but we could have still won that even after our shite build up and start to that game.

Eels weren't top 4 last year.

I reckon other than Penrith and maybe Melbourne, it's a very open comp this year.

Raiders did play well against us I thought, helped a lot by our **** start admittedly. Raiders could be 3-0 (or at least have a much better for and against) if their half didn't miss their second game with covid. He is wayyy better as a 7 than Frawley. Haven't been able to get their best back on the park since round 1 either

They didn't take much of a persone hit though unlike say, the Bunnies, so they are right up there for most predictors.
Also the pledged to win the premiership or whatever

Yeah I'm not convinced on Parra.
They look decent but not like a major threat, kind of feels to me like their floor is pretty high but their ceiling isn't up with a lot of other teams.

Most of their fans are ice addicted welfare cheats so I’m not really concerned about their opinion on matters.
