It'sbeen a good year but If you think that gets us far in the finals mate you're kidding.
With the injuries we have I don't have high hopes.

The best teams take risks with the ball because they back themselves in defence.

With a full strength team that's exactly how we should be.

The best teams don't make as many errors as us. For us it's about when to take risks.
We are definitely making way more dumb errors than alot of teams, but we are still scraping in the wins just like the wounded Panthers, Storm, etc.

We just need to be in that top 4 at the end of the year and have a near full healthy squad and we’ll be as good as any on the day I reckon

I think the errors come from us asking a lot of questions in attack which more so often than not gets us points so Im not too worried… its just our style

Im happy that the defence this year (bar the rorters and faiders games) has been incredible. Its the reason we are in the top 4 right now as oppossed to the last few years fighting for the 8.

Felt like the game plan was just to tire out the Dragons forwards all the first half, rather than play our normal game…, but it just didn’t fully happen (crowd atmosphere worked against us and Dragons stayed up for it). I guess it still worked though if we got the win.

The teams needs someone to steady the ship, and someone directing them around the field.

Also, we need some forwards with impact that run straight and hard. Fifita brings it when he is on, Tony does to an extent. But I think we Talakai back in there and look for another centre.

Our halves are front foot halves. They like to run with momentum and at the moment our forwards are not providing that. It makes Hynes play frantically instead of fluently and playing what he see’s.

Shows how crap Saints forwards are by the way we outmuscled them. That virtually never happens.
